Who qualifies for the HOTComp workers’ compensation safety groups?

The Texas Department of Insurance allows businesses in similar industries to join together in safety groups in order to obtain better pricing and specific benefits. To qualify for the HOTComp safety group, a business must be a hospital, clinic or other medical facility.
